One-on-one health coaching is a collaborative, personalized approach to building habits that support your overall well-being. Together, we’ll look beyond workouts to explore movement, stress, recovery, nourishment, and daily routines—always through the lens of what works for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan and no expectation of perfection. My role is to help you clarify your goals, navigate obstacles, and create sustainable changes that feel realistic and empowering. Whether you’re seeking structure, accountability, or simply a place to start, health coaching offers guidance, education, and support so you can feel in charge of your well being and connected to your own body.
Small Group Training
Get together with your friends and family and share the workout. Groups of 2-5 can schedule training sessions together and share the cost, the accountability, and the fun.
1:1 Assisted Stretching

Prenatal Yoga
This class is centered around the needs of the mind and body during pregnancy. We focus on connection breath, core and pelvic floor support, and calming the nervous system.

Prenatal and Postpartum Training
Motherhood IS a physical activity. Pregnancy and postpartum bodies often have special needs and considerations. Whether you are looking to continue or return to your regular exercise program, prepare for the physically demanding event that is labor, or to protect your body against the common aches and pains of motherhood, I can help. As a pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist, I will work with you to retrain the muscles of the core (diaphragm, abdominal wall, back, pelvic floor, hips) and have you feeling ready to keep up with your kids.
